Research use only

All products are sold for research, laboratory, and compounding applications only. They are not intended for human consumption, injection, or any application outside of their labeled research use. The buyer is responsible for ensuring any use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Orders & payment

Submitting a purchase order constitutes a request to purchase. Orders are reviewed for completeness and compliance before approval. We reserve the right to request additional information or to decline an order. Payment is requested via invoice, and shipment is arranged after the invoice is paid.

Pricing & tax

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Destination-based sales tax is calculated from the shipping address and added where applicable. Shipping is a flat fee per order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped after review and payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, justthebac.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
